For those of you haven’t heard, Google Voice is finally available to public! Google made an announcement on their blog last week finally releasing this fantastic service to everyone who wants it living in the U.S. Now for those of you who don’t know what Google Voice is, watch the quick video below to see why its so awesome.
What do this have to do with making money online? Well, if you’re asking that question you may not have read my post how to “Get Paid to Complete Offers” … which is something I totally recommend. 
Seriously, part of the system I lay out in that post on how to maximize your earning with Fusion Cash and Cash Crate (and any other “Get Paid To” sites, for that matter) which includes setting a separate local voice mail number. Google Voice allows you to do just that… and a whole lot more!
First, Google Voice is totally free. Yeah, I know… how awesome is that? I’ve actually had this service since before Google owned it (it was Grand Central, back then) and it’s fantastic. It provides you with a local phone number that you can designate to ring whatever phone you want (your cell, your home, your office – or ALL of them) and it has a ton of nifty features like call announcing, personalized greetings, and call blocking. Now, while I use this service for all of my online business activities, the call blocking feature is the one I like the most. You see, I am very prolific with my Google Voice number! I use it to complete offers on both Fusion Cash and Cash Crate, I have it on my Facebook page, I have it on my Twitter page, I have it on my business cards, and I give it out to new contacts ALL the time. This is something I would NEVER do with my home or cell numbers because it leads to a bunch of unsolicited calls! But with Google Voice if I get a spammer or an annoying caller, I just block them and *poof* they’re gone – never to be heard from again. I get to keep the callers I want and lose the ones I don’t. How cool is that?
